Can we fly a drone in Devil's bridge?
@DanTreks10 күн бұрын
Devil’s Bridge itself is actually within what is considered wilderness space, so drone flights there are not legal.

Thanks for your video. After some research about Devil’s Bridge and a talk with a Park Ranger outside of Sedona I was a bit concerned about going there. However, it did not alter my plans. I took a chance and went there in early May early in the week during the afternoon. I hiked from the Mescal trail head. I noticed there were few cars there which was encouraging. Hiking there I passed people returning to the trail head. When I arrived to Devil’s Bridge there were only about a half dozen people there. I was surprised. Obviously there was no wait to get on the bridge. When I went down to walk on it I turned around and to my surprise all the people had left. I was actually there alone. I couldn’t believe it. I had the place to myself. I stayed for a bit then left. It was amazing.

That's awesome, and a rarity! How great it must have been to have it to yourself.

The video was good. I was there earlier in the month. Relative to Devil’s Bridge, I found only about a half dozen people there and they all left right after I got there so I had the place all to myself. I could not believe it since I heard all the stories of it being crowded. I was there in the afternoon. I also noted that there were hardly any cars at the Mescal Trail Head parking.

Hey man, I love this video. I am a new concierge in Sedona and this is very helpful! my only suggestion would be to add chapters so the video is easier to navigate.

National Parks are mostly created by political will😅 Arizona has like 20 National Monuments and they’re just as stunning. I’d recommend Canyon De Chelly, Chiricahua National Monument and Wilderness area, Organ Pipe Cactus, Vermillion Cliffs and many more. Some state parks or wilderness areas are just as stunning too like Lost Dutchman, Salt River Canyon(almost looks like the Grand Canyon), Oak Creek Canyon and many more! Arizona is truly stunning. Also, Monument Valley Tribal Park is in Arizona(Not Utah lol.. I have no idea how people mess this up). It’s the Navajo nation equivalent of a National Park.
