Grizzly 700 TPS Sensor and 4WD Issues

About to pull mine off see if it fixes it it's about the only thing I haven't taken apart cleaned and die electric Greased back up so 🤞 . Been lock in 4x4 for last couple days so haven't really wanted to ride like that so hope this works . Thanks for the videos my friend as always.

@@grizzlygreg8922 when you had 4wd not engaging problem did the 4WD appear on the display? I’m having an issue where I press/depress the 2wd/4wd button and don’t hear the servo working neither nothing comes on display when I press/depress the button but I can hear the relays kicking in.

Yeah good one Greg, I just checked mine cause I had error 13, 15 & 41 codes on a 2013 550 Grizzly, turned out mice have been having a chew on the wiring, yay. I think 13 is MAF or MAP sensor which has been coming up for awhile now, 15 is TPS sensor & 41 is the roll over sensor, mice have chewed the wires clean off the top of the plug in connector to the roll over sensor, so that is going to be a bit challenging with only an inch or 2 of wires left before going into the loom in a tight-ish spot, but the TPS wires should be an easy fix. Any idea’s for keeping rodents out of ur electricals? Things can get real ugly when rodents get into the wiring. Cheers

The biggest thing is to keep food out of the garage/shop.. mice come to food.. if there is food then they will try to find a nesting area and that’s when chewed wires happen.. my cousin has a pallet of dog food in his garage for his bear dogs and he got dog food in his air box and cvt of his rzr multiple times lol.. put the dog food in steel barrels and problem went away

Hi, 2007 is the same sensor?? Its not look the same 🫠

I’m not sure without looking it up.. but it probably is different.. 2012s changed a bit after 2007
