The crazy part is, a lot of the things the guys in the videos he just reacted to make are healthy, or at the very least, healthier than the takeout equivalents. If Grizzy made burritos at home, he could follow the recipe the Men With a Pot used, and he would probably not be breaking his diet, unless he's not allowed to have bread, or his caloric intake is limited, or something. Grizzy could literally turn into a chef to eat pretty much whatever he wants on a diet.

About the onion thing, i feel like grizzy has been chopping it in such a way that no onion juice ends up flying into the eyes, i would know as someone who has gotten onion juice in the eyes, it's acidic, so when it gets into your eyes, the body's natural instinct is to shed tears to clean the eye, that's why people cry when cutting an onion
