It's just an updated version of Road Rash from Sega Genisis, which first came out in 1991, it's one of the best classic games ever

Happier times 🥲 Anyway, I remember watching my dad and uncle play when I was a kid but those are those hazy memories that are hard to piece together. I was 3 in 91 so I assume it had to be Road Rash 2 that I kinda remember 😅

Fun fact this game is a spiritual successor to road rage which came out in 2017 and road rage is a spiritual successor to a string of games back when I was a kid in the 90' called road rash.

Hadn’t slept in 26 hours, then drove 4 hours to another city. Waited 3 hours in the car, then drove back home +4hrs , only for some idiot to crash into my car. froze my ass off for 2 hours waiting for police to show up. On top of that, I almost got run into a wall earlier, and my weekend is ruined because of this guy. At least SMii7Y and his boys can still make me laugh after a day like this.

This is like a modern day Road Rash. I'm a bit surprised that car arena combat games are such an untapped market still. We had the Twisted Metal franchise, Vigilante 8, Burnout Revenge, Mario Kart Battle Mode, and a few others that were well received, yet I rarely see new titles of this genre.

unless i'm mistaken, this is that game where for the longest time, it was literally broken and you couldn't go far without falling through the map. There were many issues with it and was unplayable for years. Glad to see the developer kept at it and got it working. it's a fun concept.

You should play Speedrunners, it has kind of a similar style where you're racing and you can sabotage each other with items. Though that's a 2D sidescroller platformer instead of 3D bike racing.
