GROCERY GAINS!!! How To Stay Lean and Fight Food Cravings

It was 4am when I got home from work and grocery shopping. Still had some energy so I thought I'd show you guys an example of what foods I eat day in and out, every week, month, year, etc. to not only keep me feeling great but to stay super lean. There's nothing really special here, except for those pitas I make. For real, those are such a great tool to use in order to put to rest any cravings you might have for something like pizza, which I'm so addicted to. With these, I'm essentially eating pizza every single day and they taste really really good so it isn't "torture" or a burden to try and stomach through eating them. Of course your typical basic stuff is in there too like chicken, Greek yogurt, green veggies, apples, oatmeal, etc. Portion control and being consistent for a long time is key, make it a lifestyle and not you going on a "diet". That's if you have goals of looking a certain way, and if you don't...well then this video is useless to you haha. But you guys always ask so this is exactly what I do, this is how I eat, I love keeping lean and throwing it right in the faces of those who "can't"do this. Bull####!!!! It's not that you can't eat properly, it's that you won't eat properly. You'll invent excuses to justify why you just suck and won't stick to anything in order to make yourself feel better about your lack of commitment. That's how it is, that's the truth, and those of you who do that know it but won't be accountable and admit that. When it comes to being a lifetime drug-free bodybuilder and sticking to a plan I do this s*** VERY well, and that crushes many people inside, but you know what I f*****g love it and you just gotta deal with it ;) As for all of you awesome supporters and followers of me throughout all these years and even recently, anything I can do to do help you guys out with this kind of content I'm here for you guys. Always be a positive thinker, and middle finger all of your naysayers and unsupportive turds by doing what they don't want to commit to. Everybody is great at something, so take whatever that is and embrace it! Hope you guys like the video, and thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the continued support. You are awesome!!!
