I don't know exactly why but I find watching bodybuilders buy groceries, cooking food, and eating food to be one of the most fascinating and fun things to watch on KZbin. In fact that's probably what I watch most. You would think such a thing would be boring but it's not to me.

@Magic_beans_
@Magic_beans_ 3 жыл бұрын
@@kray97 That’s why I make my own. It’s basically just oats and nuts, tossed in a bit of oil and toasted in a low oven (250F/125C) for an hour. Homemade isn’t that much cheaper than store bought, but I’m also using better ingredients. Notes: - A little oil and sugar go a long way. For a whole sheet pan I might use 1 Tbsp (15 ml) of each. (I like avocado oil and molasses, but anything in that general family should work.) - For best results, stir every 15 minutes during cooking. - If adding dried fruit, add it after cooking. Putting already-dried fruit in the oven results in hard gummy pebbles. - Cooled thoroughly and stored in an airtight container, it’ll last up to two months.

This grocery haul contained the Good, the Bad and the Ugly LOL. Also anyone who says body building is easy has no clue what they are talking about, Fouad is right you have to be so disciplined , there are no days off. I don't train for any type of competitions, I just do it for me and I am nowhere near what Fouad and these guys are at, but even for myself having a full time job, getting to the gym every day and meal prepping/cooking, well does not leave a ton of time for other stuff. Keep these great videos coming man, love em.
