Hi Michelle, so helpful - thank you. I followed SW last year and lost 3.5 stone; I’m aiming for another 3.5 stone this year. I’ve plateaued and need to reevaluate, so my aim is more exercise and going back to writing it all down, therefore I’ve ordered the Pro book to help me. Thanks for the tips, just helps to put it all back into perspective again. Happy new year! 😊

The biryani from leftovers is a great idea. If you like to go meat free sometimes, the Tinned Tomatoes recipe blog has some lovely dishes. They often start with a saute but I use water instead of oil for that stage if it's just onions and garlic, or you could use fry light.
