When we do homemade pizzas instead of pizza sauce. I but a simple jar of pasta sauce and what's left over we use in a spaghetti bol. Or just a sir thrust for pasta.

I ❤growing veggies to help the budget and the neighbourhood. I still having lots of zucchini in the garden, sometimes I let them grow big so I can stuff them. Great haul 💯👍

Frozen chips are now back in stores here in victoria with no limits! Hopefully they'll be back at your local really soon!

I just did my groceries this morning and even though I shopped last week and spent $235(where did it go🤷🏻‍♀️) I spent after staff discount $410🤦‍♀️ didn’t buy too much extra, but family have been saying that there wasn’t any “snacks”. I did buy three packets of biscuits as the snack treats but everything else we needed. Then I went to a local butchers and spent $160 on meat but got 12-13 meals of meat which for a family of four adults living at home and with most meals being able to have at least one serve to be used as leftovers for lunch the next day. 🤞🏻I can go 2 weeks without needing too much other then bread and milk and a tiny bit of fruit and veg.

It’s definitely a bit shocking how easy it is to get a grocery bill so high. Food prices are crazy! Hope you managed to get under budget this week

My price is always adjusted higher usually around the $4 to $5 mark so I try to factor that in to my budget

It can catch the budget out sometimes. But I do manage the budget much better online that instore

Cherry ripe yes, Turkish delight no... Don't mind the texture but the rose flavour /scent is just weird

Hello! I'm defintely not an expert, but that tall plant you can't identify in your garden may be American Black Nightshade, which is toxic for people and pets. I'd be erring on the side of caution and getting rid of it, if you can't get an expert's opinion. Better safe than sorry!

Oh, ok. Think I’ll pull it out and bin it. Fairly certain I didn’t plant it
