Yes, to using ziplock bags! Use them to keep your salad mix longer. Put the mix in the bag with a dry paper towel, and the moisture will be absorbed, and lettuce will stay fresher longer.

I laughed when yall showed the mixed salad and the words in the top said we did not eat it 😂 sounds just like me and my husband we made a salad the other night for dinner and just ate it once and didn’t eat it the rest of it😂😂 I grew up eating zebra cakes and my dad still keeps them in his kitchen for myself and his grand-babies. Do you shop with a list? Highly recommended! I print recipes and make a list. It makes cooking way more accessible. We’re having teriyaki stir fry, sheet pan pork chops with broccoli, sheet pan salmon and asparagus, and black beans with smoked sausage this week. Once I started planning more, I had way fewer ingredients go bad in the fridge.

Cauliflower cheese is lovely boil your Cauliflower then make a roo with a bit of butter 🧈 and flour then add milk until its boiling then add cheese 🧀 until its thick and bubbling put drained Cauliflower in a baking tray pour over bake in oven for 20 minutes or so then top with cheese 🧀 grill it under the grill until golden brown and serve yummy

You can freeze cheese and we also buy 3 or 4 half gallon vitamin D MILK we buy organic it lasts longer we purchased the other day and they are good until SEPTEMBER 2nd 🎉 it is much cheaper to buy a whole watermelon 🍉 then to buy a slice 👍 we do go to target we always buy distilled water 💦 there and some other things but we do a lot of shopping at Costco the best deals

Spices: Mrs Dash! The yellow one is a great seasoning for anything. It isn’t spicy and has great flavor and there’s no salt so you can control the amount of salt. Also they have an orange one that is Chipotle and it has a tiny kick to it but is really good when I make avocado toast, or on pork chops or chicken! So good!!! PS…I throw away my lettuce too 😅

Get a pair of kitchen scissors and cut the salad greens smaller to make it more enjoyable to eat; I mix greens with iceberg or romaine lettuce sometimes. If you blanche the broccoli (cut it up before or after blanching), it takes the bitterness down a notch. What we do is pour boiling water over the broccoli and just let it sit for 10 minutes or more. Drain off the water and eat some right away and put the rest in the fridge to put with salad. You can do this with the cauliflower, too.

The Hawaiian rolls freeze really well

Adda thin layer of heavy whipping cream into the bottom of the pan you cook your cinnamon rolls and cover it with foil. (Takes a bit longer to cook but worth the wait) They get so much bigger and fluffier. You can also add melted butter with brown sugar and cinnamon on top of the rolls before they go in.

Okay so commenting again I highly recommend getting an air popper for popcorn it is a game changer plus you can the different flavors to sprinkle on top. Also check the dates on target stuff I used to work there and they don’t check them like they should.
