When the shoppers are being lazy or wanna hurry because they want off on time they cancel orders. I've seen it happen. I'm sure it don't happen alot but it unfortunately is a thing that they do. (I have 2 family members who worked there) they had co workers who cancelled stuff or whole orders because they didn't want to stay late to finish the order. My family members just made sure to fill big orders all shift and the last hour they only fill small orders so they still get they're job done and aren't the ones doing shady stuff with orders.

The Walmart substitution policy got changed last week too :( You no longer get charged the cheaper price, you have to pay for The actual price of what they substitute. They tried substituting great value tortilla wraps with name brand and it would have been $3 more. Luckily I caught that. So sad!

Hi Falon👋👋👋 I too had the same issues with Walmart, it’s been a nightmare for me bc I rely on their delivery service bc I am disabled, heck I couldn’t even reserve a delivery spot for over 2 weeks recently, which was just crazy. Anyhoo, I finally had a delivery yesterday but there was a lot of problems with it, missing items and sent multiples I didn’t order🤷🏻‍♀️

I've been getting a Carmel apple frappe from our local coffeehouse and they stopped selling it lately and said they might bring it back... So I ordered green apple coffee syrup and use my Carmel vanilla coffee syrup and it's almost identical! So good. I also do my blueberry coffee syrup the same way and xo!! Hi!! I have had that happen with Walmart, too about a year or so ago but then it never happened again. I would encourage you to give it a few weeks and then try again. They told me why that happens, but for the life of me, I cannot remember now. I love Walmart delivery. I'm a TN girl and that's where my family is, but I've been in WI several years now.... sooooo when it's forty or fifty below or a ton of snow on the ground, it's so, so nice to have things brought to your door. Also, I wonder now with the shipping issues and the train issues and such if that has something to do with it? IDK, but you know how wacky things are these days.

We live too far out in the sticks for grocery delivery but I often do grocery pickup from Walmart. So far my Walmart has been pretty good. I have gotten other peoples stuff though in my pickup order.😊

Yep been having delivery and pickup issues just East of Atlanta. It's a mess and I think they have delivery people stealing orders because sometimes mine will go from out for delivery with a driver name to delayed and it never shows up. As a Walmart + member they definitely need to get their act together

Same thing happens to me all the time they say that the driver is in route and then all of a sudden the order is canceled. Well I've called the store and asked them if my groceries were returned and they told me no that the driver still had them. I had to file a complaint and of course I gave my money back but this is ridiculous they need to figure out a better system.

Falon and Moss family, thank you for sharing. Billings, Montana here. I gave up on Walmart grocery delivery three months ago, the entire year plus I was with them ordering two and three times a week and not one time was my entire order correct. I get pickup now. I picked up an order today, waited (checked in on the App) for over an hour after for them to bring my groceries out. Then got home they put canned goods in with my bread, and a bag of potatoes on my eggs. Not real thrilled with that. Hope you all have a good night. God bless you all.

I use Walmart delivery all the time and the only time I've had issues is when I schedule delivery in the evenings. I try to get the first delivery slot of the day and don't have issues then.

Falon, I am really sorry about your issues with Walmart delivery. I can relate to your dilemma. Earlier in September, my husband and I ordered a large Walmart delivery order. Well, the order never went out for delivery. After the order was over three hours late, I called customer service and the agent promised to cancel the order and refund my money within an hour. The CSA was wrong and I didn’t receive a refund for a week!

Hi Falon, I sure can understand a bit of frustration at ordering delivery or pick up of groceries. It happens a lot to me but I have my groceries delivered. Your pizza grilled cheese sandwich looks like fun besides delicious too. Butter was shaped in a turkey for Thanksgiving. Hope your pumpkin works out. I’m sure it will. Yum. I have been using Walmart delivery in canton Georgia for over year with no problems.....except one time I didn't get my order and the picture they take showing delivery was a picture of inside of their car 🤷‍♀️ Walmart did refund

Funny that you mentioned that on Walmart some ordered items were showing cancelled by you. That happened to me today for the first time ever, and I've been ordering delivery from Walmart for awhile. It was an item that is frequently out of stock, so maybe that is what happened to your items. As for your whole order though, not sure what to say about that one.

Hey Falon our Walmart is crazy boxes laying everywhere some of the isle’s you can’t get 2 carts down the isles it’s ridiculous someone is going to get hurt they need Stockboys at night like it used to be . My husband and I are keeping our eyes on that tropical storm out in the Atlantic if it comes in to Florida I’m on the West Coast they don’t know which way it’s going to go but they said when it hits the warm waters it’s gonna go to category three we will know more by Monday i pray we don’t get it . I use WalMart delivery twice a week because I am disabled. I have had so many issues with this service that I've had a chance to spend quite a lot of time talking to customer service. They told me when it says canceled by customer when it's already in route that the driver is the one responsible for it happening. As far as them giving you the wrong products that's not a website or app glitch that's just the people who are shopping for your food at the store. They have drove me nuts for the last 2 years but I don't have much choice. Thanks so much for sharing love your videos. 🙂

Girl, welcome to MY world with Walmart delivery! I spend so much time on the phone with the store and Walmart's Customer Service that I've decided to start shopping at Meijer's. They don't deliver, but I don't care. It's worth it for now to alleviate the stress of Walmart. If it makes you feel better, delivery is JUST as bad here in Ohio & those same types of things, plus more, happen all the time to me. They still have lamb shaped butter for Easter up here :) So cute. I am in north Texas and I depend on Walmart delivery and sometimes Instacart. Both use Door Dash for delivery. That’s where most of the problems are. I leave very detailed instructions on how to find my apartment which some drivers do not read. Very frustrating.
