Fallon yours and Audra church clothes are so beautiful. Our Walmart pickup order yesterday was ridiculous. I scheduled for 9-10a pickup, got the text and email it was ready, got there checked in and waited for a hour. The person who is supposed to check us in their system was AWOL, and my order was not even complete and there’s literally five people behind me in the store complaining about the same thing that they have been waiting for over an hour too. 🤦🏻‍♀️

When I ordered a couple of weeks ago for pickup, they have that substitution statement on the screen. They didn't have to ever substitute they're the ones that offered. So I just don't get the stuff if they don't have what I want I'll get it at Kroger's cheaper anyway it's just with my age it's easier just pick up my order but I don't have to.

Here in California - Walmart has always charged extra for the larger substitutions. They have never substituted for a lesser price than what the item is marked for and charge accordingly for the larger substitutions.

I canceled my last pick up order over the new rules. It was going to be more expensive for less items and it wouldn't let me decline the substitutions either. I had to call and cancel and I doubt I will use it again.
