Unfortunately, there are probably more and they can destroy a plant in just a few days. Since they are green, they blend in with the stem. You can use black light at night to more easily find these creatures. I had about a dozen in 2 plants. You should read about them. They will probably be back.

In my parents garden there is a plum tree, which is standing there for years. Last year it got infested with lice and other insects. We never had this problem before. My dad found a suprisingly good trick, which was; halfed raw onions soaked in water. He let the onions soak overnight and sprayed the "onionwater" over the tree. It really worked and it did not change the flavour of the plums. Maybe it will also work for your plants.

Love your videos! Have a tip for your gardening! I noticed you watering the tomatoes and were watering them pretty high and getting water on the leaves. Tomato plants are prone to getting fungal diseases etc and getting water on the leaves promotes those diseases causing leaves to curl up and brown etc. Try watering down by the base of the plant and it might help a bit! :) love the water trough raised bed, super cute!

I've been to Alaska and fell in love with it too! But if you're really considering moving there at any point, you need to go in the heart of winter(Dec-Jan) and know what you're getting into. If you want the nature, rain, optional snow but not below zero I would highly consider Oregon/Washington. I've been living in Oregon for 5 years and moved here from Sacramento, I absolutely love it here. There is plenty of rain, there is some snow, it's not far if I want to drive to snow, I see bald eagles quite frequently and other birds, there are TONS of hiking/walking trails in every city and there are plenty of whale watching spots on the coast. I know Alaska is beautiful but those winter's are brutal take it from someone who did go there in Dec, I went during a warm week too and the HIGH was 10F°.

I’m honestly soglad to hear both that you aren’t moving to Alaska (trust me, the isolation would get to you - there’s no Disney or Lego Land and your family and friends are there in SoCal), and that you’ll be getting outdoors more!
@aksez2u2 жыл бұрын
Are you IN Alaska? I don't think "isolation" is the word. There's plenty to do and places to go. It's not the same as being on a tiny island. Anchorage is a small city of almost 300,000, so not everyone lives rurally. If you live for Disney, Lego and high end mall shopping, this would not be the place for you. If you love cool temperatures and the outdoors, I don't think you would feel "isolated" at all.
@duck61002 жыл бұрын
Lmao the majority of people on the planet don't live in the vicinity of a Disney land or Lego Land and do just fine that's such an American thing to say haha.
