I LOVE the brand ‘ratio KETO’ yogurt!! I like putting mixed nuts and blueberries in it! It’s sugar free, 200 calories and 15g protein per cup. I like the Vanilla best, and there is also strawberry, black cherry, coconut, and mixed berry. 😁

I also don’t like Greek Yogurt! But I found Oikos Triple Zero, it is Greek yogurt but it’s blended so it’s not as thick, and has zero sugar and it’s high in protein! If you haven’t already tried it, I highly recommend it, it’s the only yogurt I buy.

I really really like “The Greek Gods” brand! It’s green yogurt but it doesn’t have that tart flavor that greek yogurt usually has. It tastes closer to normal yogurt than greek yogurt! I think you’d like it!

Yoplait is a good brand or silk or so delicious!! The best flavors are vanilla or strawberry or peach in my opinion. But if you’re only looking for Greek yogurt I don’t have a recommendation for a brand but I have a recommendation of adding fruit to the Greek yogurt so it’s more tolerable to eat!

I love noosa but I’ve been getting plain Siggis or Icelandic Skyr which is not Greek yogurt but it’s super thick and I top it with a ton of fruit, granola, and some chocolate chips and it’s a great meal

Trader Joe's plain Greek Yogurt!!!!!!! It's SO GOOD. (I like to wat it with maple syrup, granola, and fresh raspberries for breakfast! Also, Noosa yogurt is good, but the amount of sugar is a deal breaker for me.🙂
