I am not Ashley but i have some tips. 1) replace the ingredients of your favorite food with vegan ones. 2) find vegan options for meat, cheese and milk that you like. Sometimes you will find products that taste bad but keep looking there are a lot of tasty options. Although i recommend to eat a whole food plant based diet i think including fast food once in a while is okay too. Also subscribe to cheap lazy vegan and to avantgarde vegan. They make very delicious food and you might wanna try it. I hope i could you :))
