I'm mom of 8 n only driver n I only shopped 1x a month when kidsbwere Lil all grown now but I had my last in 94. n made sure to have enough n luckily I did mybmonthly shop the day before n I had picked up extra items. I was late by a week she was born on labor day. thankfully my hubby is a cook n he cooked before work n I only had to due dinner which usually was ez the first week or I did crock pot type meals .

I agree, I was shopping the day I was discharged! My husband forgot everything! Even nappies for my 2 year old! So he attached a towel! I was horrified! See never trust a man! Us women power on. I love that word the process police!

I agree. I did not step outside my home except to go to the follow up doctor's visits. Those first four weeks were for bonding, nurturing, healing and resting as much as I could.
