U can buy milk at the dollar store also they gt 2peecent and fat free the red cartoon is regular milk in the cartoon and it's so good for 1.25 u can keep them in the cabinet til u open them then they go in the icebox my daughter is lactose and no milk so she can use the green cartoon it's make the Mac and cheese real good just 3tbsp of butter added salt and pepper I use a little sour cream in mines and they love it I use to do the budget myself I had a family of 6 bk in the 70 and 1980 til 2000 then my kids left home all grown and married my husband passed from heart attack bt left me very well off I see how u do and it's good my mom had 9 of us to 8 girls and 1 bro he was spoiled tho we did it my mom cooked everyday til I left home at 16 get my own place 2 bedrn I had a roommate to my rent was 235 all bills paid it's so expensive now and food is so high than we paid so I glad u gave tht budget it helps good luck and your kids are so pretty
