Alu Bukhara is dried plums. I cooked biriyani for my wife today and I put alubukhara in it. What goes even better with biryani is alubukhara chutney.

I have friends in Hamtic from Lazaro family and Dumaraog family. In my college days I used to visit there and lagaw lagaw lng. Yes sis. Minsan kasi ang iba iniisip nila na Baka hindi magaganda product sa Pakistan. Alam mo na meron mga nag isip hindi maganda ang Pakistan. Pero dito marami silang magagandang produkto. Tapos MG fruits and vegetables dito all local farm lng, meron din fresh milk. Dati nung dito ang mother inlaw ko everyday my nagdedeliver ng fresh milk sa bahay. Yung mga ganun lng. Parang additional knowledge lng itong mga ginagawa Kong content sis. Hehe

Yes sis. Buti nlng talaga my mama Sita Oyster Sauce. Hindi ko masyado ma mimiss ang lasang pinoy na pagkain. Hehe. Ko konti lng nmn Yata sis ang mga Filipino dito. Some of them works as OFW, some are studying on a scholarship, and some are married to Pakistani. Kahit ako the first time I knew about it I was shocked na meron rin plang mga Filipino sa Pakistan. Most of kabayan you will see a lot in Lahore, I think second lng ang Islamabad and some in Karachi. In my area here is KPK very less lng. Dito sa amin parang dalawa lng kami Filipino dito pero hindi ko pa na mi meet Yung isa si ate. Naririnig ko lng sa mga kabayan na my pilipina nga daw dito sa school nag tatrabaho. So hindi ko pa Sya nakikilala.
