Great build . This is what sims 4 needs in the game venues with multiple functions,where you can have all of this set for each type of venue. Instead of having to fast travel to the library gym restaurant etc….. love the build will have to download this . Thanx for uploading.

When you thought you were being creative until you run into SimDay's creations. Who knew you could put a vendor stand under a cash register? Who else build their own credenza from using tables? You sizing down a food kiosk had me thinking... The Sims 4 could introduce multifunctioning lots with individual registers for different things that you click on to spawn an employee... Like the food kioks in parks... But just a register. So banking, food, Bartenders, first aid, etc... That way they can be placed anywhere and the lot would technically have a multifunctioning area.

I like your idea. If I remember correctly, The Sims 2 had registers like that. The scaling method I used in this lot doesn't work for all the stalls, so the register system would be much better.

@@simp4sims825 I use CC to turn my sim invisible, so he opens the doors for me as he walks through them. At first, when I didn't use CC, I made my sim call a pet from the other side of the door. But then it was quite difficult to get a good footage without the pet in it, and I had to readjust my camera angles a lot.

Yes, this produce stall from City Living still works when it's scaled down (not all food stalls function this way). You can briefly see a vendor tending it in the beginning of the video. 😊

I usually change the lot type to what I need before sending my sims there. Then all the necessary employees are already there when my sims arrive. I uploaded this lot as a park. Then a yoga instructor spawns, and it's also possible to hire vendors for the grocery store and the café. For the restaurant to be fully functional, the lot type needs to be a restaurant.

When you click on the brown box under the register counter, your sims can hire a vendor who sells produce, the lot type shouldn't matter for that. Hiring a vendor costs your sim $100, but you could add the money back via cheats if you wish. The box is just a scaled down produce stall from City Living. I haven't tried yet whether the produce stand could be replaced with the Grocery Market Stall from Cottage Living. 🤔 I think that if you want to convert the library into a bookstore that your sims own, the lot has to be marked as Retail to make it work.

I made it with two objects: "Mighty Plaque of Honor" from Get To Work, and on top of it is "Desk Nameplate" (Base Game business career object).

@@henrikmyhre7788 Forgive me, but there isn't much to show. First, place the plaque on the wall. Then move the nameplate upwards by tapping 9 key (if you are on PC; 0 moves it downwards) and enable bb.moveobjects cheat to place it slightly into the wall. You can fine adjust the plaque by holding ALT key if it's too low or too high.

Lot names change when you replace original lots. Tail's End is the initially empty lot in the Whiskerman's Wharf area of Brindleton Bay. It's on the bottom left corner, right on top of the lounge lot.

By multi-functional I mean this lot has objects for multiple lot types. Simply go to Build Mode and change the Lot Type as you play to what you currently wish to use it for (I usually do it before sending my sims there, but I don't know if it's necessary). As a park (which it currently is), your sims can attend yoga classes, read books (including skill books) and use computers in the library, do their laundry in the laundromat, and put money into the vaults. Also, your sims can buy food from the grocery store, order coffee or have drinks in the bar (if you click on the market stall, espresso bar and the bar, and hire workers for them). However, for the restaurant to fully function the lot type needs to be changed into a restaurant, and for karaoke contests to happen the lot type needs to be a Karaoke bar.
