Wusup gordex fam. My wife ordered one for me for father's day and without a doubt I fell in love with it but with 2days of usage the rod decided to crack. My wife is going over the warranty in hopes that I'll get it replaced but I still enjoyed it and I'm looking at other gordex products as well

Hey, received mine back in 2022, had an issue with the base that secures the post. took me 8 months to get a response and ended up mailing it back (post alone) Thought they were going to mail me back a replacement but 2 months later and emails finally got a response that it takes 45 days and don't disrespect the ppl that are going to fix your product. Not very professional. the $300 plus that I spent is gone and it's not going to break the bank but if this is how they handle business I will not order another thing from them. Hopefully your experience with them ends up better.
