This is why I love fusions. They may seem OP at first glance, but they will always have at least one HUGE weakness. With this one, it is obviously melee. With some, you shoot them in the right place and it falls apart. Nevertheless, they are amazing to see. Stupid idea - Caucasus fusion

No you can't fit it between the hovers, you need to use a 6x6 cabin :)

Well that would not work, if it were to go for melee range, the enemy would be within the shield and could do damage, so unless it's the boomstick and effectively run over the enemy in a single blow, it would get shredded as soon as it touched the enemy.

@@CreeperDude-cm1wv Yeah, that drawback won't change no matter what weapons you slap on it. Though my thought process is that since ranged weapons can't break through the shields a lot of the time, and melee weapons seem like the kind of tool that does a lot of damage, and hover jets are pretty maneuverable, then: The result would be that you can approach ranged builds without a scratch, and go toe to toe with speed demons and come out surviving, all the while having solid damage. Granted I don't play Crossout, but... A guy can dream.

gromek, there are areas of certain maps, that if you modify your build slightly, you can get up on and avoid these sparkvester mongrels; many of the maps in clan wars rotation have these areas(still not foolproof though)

Here’s an idea for the 3rd version: Main vehicle: Quantum cab, meatgrinders, Apollo generator, and Equalizers with a Laser Gatling. Shield provider: basically same, but with wheels that spin faster

I think forcefields should not have impulse when getting hit, cuz it's just a tesla-gun, which destroys incoming projectiles (look at the electrical beams coming to place where the bullet touches the forcefield)
