I had a similar experience, my grandfather passed away in the morning of my wedding. He was like a father to me. Everyone told me to postpone the wedding and my husband and I decided to continue with it. I wouldn't change it for the world. It was better sweet but so much love and we all felt him right there with us. My heart goes out to the two of you ♥️ a hard but powerful day!

Neither the bride’s side of the family nor the groom’s side of the family were from Northeast Ohio. They ended up getting married in Cleveland because of its proximity to where everyone lived. The logistics of everything kind of forced their hand. Plus, having the reception allowed both families to gather and comfort one another.
