In order to help me do a better job at rounding the hair, I use a piece of wire bent into a perfect circle and hold it up to the face periodically. I've been watching so many videos of how to groom a shih tzu. Every one of those videos made me cringe and mad with how unprofessional they are. You took your time to comfort the puppy and you tie the ear back. That was the one thing I kept saying to myself. "Why are they tying the ear back to keep it from falling"?.
