What a lovely dog. His markings are beautiful, I like black & tan coats. You always do a great job to make them look lovely. He was either very tired or is a placid spaniel, because most of them seem very excitable. My sisters spaniel is nutty! 😆

I have complete respect for your profession and your professionalism. I had the right idea many years ago (after giving my dog a bath) to leave it to the professionals. But I never realized how much there is to grooming a dog, not even counting how the dog reacts. You do an awesome job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perhaps some of the bruising is caused by the whole weight of the mat, when released, dangling from the edge of the ear. You do a great job!

I used to use sheep hand shears on one cocker that we had as Cindy (she was very similar to the one in the video except she had a patch of white on her breast.) didn't like the sound of clippers or scissors.The only problem is that you cut down the hair rather than across it or it curled.

Probably wipe alcohol over the clippers. after you pull a tick off and hold the clippers you are transferring the tick blood to the clippers. That was wise to put gloves on.

It's strange for an Australian to hear that ticks on dogs are more dangerous for humans than dogs!! Here in Australia, ticks that get onto dogs, cause deadly paralysis for the dog and will KILL THE DOG within a few days! some people get a minor reaction from these ticks, but most of us can just pull them out with no reaction

In Canada and the USA the ticks we have cause Lyme Disease might not be fatal but can make your life miserable. Dogs can get a vaccination for this but humans can’t. We even have ticks that can cause you to become allergic to red meat. Really bizarre!
