The poodle is cooperating nicely and seems relieved to get rid of all the matted fur. Very excellent work.

Love it that you let us see the face and we don’t have to wait to the very end. I don’t know a single groomer here in the States that does that. Like your gentle style of grooming.

She’s such a good dog,she reminds me of my little fur baby Roxxy that had be put to sleep cause she had a lot of health issues. Roxxy was almost 16 yrs, July 26 2021. she was 2 1/2 when I adopted her she came to me very matted. She needed to be shaved down in February .You do an awesome job. Love ❤️ from Ontario Canada 🍁🍁🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

Did you ask the owner if he cuts his own toenails??!! Does the owner walk funny? LOL….can’t understand the mentality of some of these dog owners. Another great job…you can see her cute face. 🌺🌺

I hope you were able to talk them into a toenail trim. Sometimes it can be frustrating as a groomer to make people understand what is best for their dogs. I had a matted golden doodle and when I tried to explain about brushing the dog, the owner kept insisting the dog was matted because they fed it peanut butter and it was getting on the dog's fur! That poodle had such pretty markings. You did a wonderful job as always! The little top knot was adorable!

Not trimming the nails encourages the feet to be splayed out. Some owners have NO common sense.

You shound never brush out mats, it hurts the dog. Brush a dog daily will keep the mats away.

I understand that the owner wants the hair short and you do a great job but she is so skinny that looks like she isn’t fed property or taken to the vet. I have a miniature poodle that’s weight 17 pounds and definitely doesn’t look that skinny. Keep the good work, love to see your channel.

Damjen, do you rent your shop or did you buy it? Where is it located by….shops?….a mall?….by a veterinarian? Does your girlfriend want to groom dogs also or no? How many years have you been grooming dogs? Do you advertise in your local newspaper? Do you try to educate your customers and the public on grooming and the many physical needs of dogs? I admire your kindness to dogs and your gentleness when handling them. If people treated each other the same way you treat these innocent dogs, the world would be a more kinder and happier place in which to live. 💜💙🧡💚 👍🏼🐕🦺

I rent my salon, it's located in Novi Sad, Serbia. My girlfriend helps me when it's needed, she does bathing and blow-drying, but she doesn't do haircuts. She also helps me with posting videos. I started to groom about 4 years ago, and I opened my own salon about 3 years ago. When customers come with their dogs, I try to educate them how to care about their dogs, why is important to brush them, I recommend veterinarian if needed etc. And thank you so much

WoW! You have come a long way in just 3 years! It is not easy to start up a successful business. Well done. I have watched your videos when you were deciding on how to open a new video. It is uncomfortable to talk to a camera, I know (I have spoken in public many times before I retired). When opening a new video, it is important to smile and to say what is comfortable and natural for you. Look at Marybeth……all she says is “Gooooood morning”. You could say that too, and it would be fun if you said “Good Morning Friends” but say Good Morning in Serbian. We here in the USA would love to learn to say it ! Just a thought. Then you could say something like, My name is Damjen and I have an “interesting” (or “challenging”, or “simple”, or “fun” ) groom for you today. Then continue as you now do by telling us the dog’s breed and anything unique about him/her. Some of us are trying to learn grooming and it is so helpful to us when you talk about WHY you are changing blades, or using scissors, or things like that. We like to hear your thoughts as a groomer as we will have to think about those things when we groom also. Again, these are just some ideas for you to consider, to help you feel more natural when talking to a camera and an audience that you cannot see. I mean no disrespect. You are one of the better groomers out there and your fans (like me) only want your continuing success! Again, you cut the best dogfaces I have seen on KZbin. Just think, you are an artist with fur ! 😂😁. Please feel free to share your opinions with me anytime. You are one of our favorites ! 👩🏼🦳👍🏼🐕🦺

Toenails are way too long, in my opinion. The owner could bring her in every week and have just a little but taken off at a time! But this wonderful little dog is so thin I wonder if he only feeds her once a week!! Also it looks like she isn't spayed, either! And he's worried about her walking funny because if short toenails?! So sad for this great little dog!
