So listen. I already did my workout for today, showered, morning face routine, ate breakfast and all that jazz. I was scrolling through instagram and I saw an ad for your dances. It looked amazing so I googled you and ended up looking through some of your youtube videos. I got to the 3rd one and I was like MAN THAT LOOKS LIKE FUN so I got up and was just going to do one, as not to get all sweaty again. 5 or 6 videos later, I was a sweaty mess. I thought I had done maybe 10 minutes but my fitbit logged it as 36 minutes of activity. Girl your dances are so much fun and I feel flipping fantastic. I haven't had this much fun dancing since I was a small child. It was worth the second shower and reapplication of moisturizer/sunscreen. You're amazing, I love you so much already. I just signed up for your streaming service and I honestly cannot wait to see your beautiful face again tomorrow.

So cold outside on this day...so I did 4 of your lovely dance videos in my office! Great way to burn some calories, increase my heart rate a bit and all in a skirt:) Thank you Misty!

When you instruct freely I love it and want to be there.Rembr you are great and thank you for your authentic story about bulimia. Teach me to be FREE of self. My boobs sagging, unwanted hunch etc... I try to love myself and fail sometimes

If I don't do these, I feel bad - my legs don't want to move. So I will try to do them more often because I want to feel good. 62 years old, fibromyalgia and arthritis, but I will do as much as I can. The wall parts are the easiest and I can do at least that. Thank you!!!
