Just got my Groove Life belt and absolutely love it for appendix carry! Got a Sig P365XL in a Tier1 Concealed Axis Elite holster! Very comfortable and sturdy!

Tried it, it’s almost perfect but it’s not stiff enough to carry. My pistol flops around with it.

It is? You must me carrying a heavy one! What kind of holster?
@johnadams2473 жыл бұрын
I'd like to see someone actually put it on. I bought a "magnetic belt" and learned after I bought it that I had to separate the belt from the belt buckle to lace it through the loops of my pants. I still like it and wear it but this would have been nice to know before I bought it.
@CitizenCarry2 жыл бұрын
This one’s belt buckle is hardly bigger than the belt. It has fit through every belt loop I have. Work pants, jeans and shorts.

My dad got one of these belts and thinks it is fine for casual situations but made an inadequate carry belt.
@CitizenCarry3 жыл бұрын
I think it’s a better belt for IWB. It’s fine for OWB if the gun isn’t too heavy.
@jakeowen9665 Жыл бұрын
Finish on buckle chips off very easy, 1 month of use looks like 3 years. To bad belt doesn't stay same length, have to readjust every few days. Not strong enough for edc I discovered.
@CitizenCarry Жыл бұрын
What I noticed is that over time it was less effective with larger guns, especially with OWB carry. But it's much better with IWB carry with guns Glock 19 sized and smaller. Some of my finish has chipped off too. I love the belt, but I wish they could have used a more impervious finish. I simply choose to use this belt for the applications that I know it can handle.

i been using Kore belts for like 4 years now and I am always adjusting them and man do they dig in especially when I am riding my motorcycle . I am a tight 38 (in the waist) pant . Should I get the L 37-40 or XL 41-50?These maybe my answer to comfort while keeping my pants up.
@CitizenCarry3 жыл бұрын
I always go bigger because you can make a belt smaller, but you can’t make them bigger. I also get bigger than my range because of IWB carry.

@@CitizenCarry Legit question. Does it really pop open when bending over?
@CitizenCarry3 жыл бұрын
@@newgunguy4176 It hasn’t with me, and I have a GUT! I imagine it *could* pop open if the belt was on uncomfortably and unnaturally tight… but you’d really have to put some serious tension on both your waist and the belt for that to happen. I wear it to work and I’m constantly having to bend over and lift heavy objects. No popping open yet!

It's not a edc belt , it's a difficult to adjust fashion belt .
@CitizenCarry2 жыл бұрын
I don’t find it difficult to adjust in the least. It uses simple friction. I wouldn’t edc a full sized pistol with it. This one is built better for todays cc pistols. About 24 oz or smaller.

Chris I have one and lets get real its not good for anything larger/heavier than micro pistols. The stretchiness that they tout is really a con and causes the pistol to sag or pivot like an old leather belt. I don't recommend this belt.
@CitizenCarry Жыл бұрын
I made note of the fact that that belt is not good for full size pistols, and I didn’t recommend it for anything above, say, Glock, 19 in size. I did a video on the groove life belt, versus the mission belt. A lot depends on the person’s physical build, their level of activity, which holster they’re using and which gun they’re going to carry as well. There are no absolutes to either the positive or negative. I comfortably carried my Smith and Wesson M&P 2.0 3.6 inch. With no significant problems. And it may not go that way for someone with a different build or disposition of activity. It all depends on the person. By the same token, I heard people say that this is an absolutely great belt. So I try not to make the decision for others.

This is a lousy gun belt. Zero support stretchy strap, rolls over, Large buckle wont go thru holster slots and costs $70 made in Chinaland.

I’ve been using this belt for both open and IWB, and it doesn’t budge. Even while moving furniture and doing yard work, or playing with the grandson. It is GREAT for carry. 100% confidence.
