What are the names of the chord shapes for the second part, having issues matching

It had been some years, and i am rusty on the chord names, but internet says its Bm6 slide to C#m6 played on 3rd to 6th strings. then the walkdown is on the 4th -6th strings. G , F#m , F, Em then finishing with A6 slide to G6 to C#m(b6) . All of these in a barre chord hand/finger position. If this doesnt help, give me your email and i will send you a video.
