I often have ground beef sandwiches rather than going to the trouble of buying hamburger buns and making small four ounce servings. These taste good and they help to beat the high cost of fast food dining with today's inflation. They are very tasty amd as long as you don't eat them for every meal, every day, they are nutritious. I also fry some potatoes and onions. I talk about my years in Hollywood. I worked more than 800 different on camera jobs as an extra, an actor and sometimes as a musician. Some of those 800 jobs were more than one day. Many were two or three day jobs and a few were five days and longer. I stood in on Under The Rainbow for seventeen days. I worked about 450 days during the 90 episodes plus the pilot of Dear John. It was always fun. Thanks to the Internet Archive for the stock footage.
