I love that it is one level. Lots of repairs and updates for the money

Both properties sold together would make a better proposition. Could be configured to make one nice home.

For sure

Nice. I also think it is overpriced to need a whole new kitchen renovation. Thanks

Hmmm, no views, but I do like that garage area - I would cover the back half and add a hot tub and outdoor shower and barbaque, and leave the farther end open as a container garden, and just park on the street - that would give this place some nice outdoor space! :=8)

Actually, if the top floor is only 19 k then I would buy then both! Perfect! :=8D

It's nice that you have a gate and a garage to park your vehicle. Foggia, Puglia seems like a very nice quiet small village. It's really nice to be so close to the water but I am more of a mountain man seeing that I have worked offshore most of my life (offshore rigs and such). The outside of the house is not too bad. Maybe some touchup paint and you're good. I'm not crazy about a common entrance but it is what it is. The floors look really nice and it might need a paint job on the inside but maybe not. Maybe just touch-up work. I've noticed a few cracks and that means a total inspection to see what is going on. The kitchen is tight but if it's just one person at a time, there shouldn't be an issue. The windows will need replacing but are currently functional. Good storage area that I think is called a cantina? Bedroom 1 is a good size for a double bed. Some repair work on the shutter. The bathroom is perfect. The second bedroom is large and accommodating. The parking area confused me a little bit. So the building to the right is not part of the purchase? There is a double green door that looks like you would have to let the owners have access if asked. An idea would be to have the parking area covered but not necessary. Thanks for the video.

How is this so expensive in Guglionesi? No terrace, no double paned windows , needs a lot of work. I love your channel but this is not a deal at all. That property is worth €45000 at most. I don't mean to sound rude, but if this area is starting to sell higher, maybe we can see more properties in Calabria where it's not as expensive? It happens every time, people start to buy properties and all of a sudden locals get greedy and the market dies.

Ciao. It's not in Guglionesi. Some houses are deals some are not. As prices are set by owners I guess if offers start coming under the asking price they would need to adjust price and expectations

It's called market forces. Will you sell your house at a price lower than that received by your neighbour. It's not their fault you want a 'bargain'

You’d have a grand home if the units were reconnected and the storage room and kitchen were removed.
