I cant find a video that shows where the water flows when the ice melts.

On the back of the machine there is a fitting to connect a tube for the water to be pumped out. Check out antari.com/products/ice-101/ for more details.

And how can I drain the water? I know when is running will drain automatically, but how about if my show is over and I have some water inside? Thanks

Yes you can use dry ice or regular ice
