Good info but I disagree on one point.Yes Safety is the prime priority for all who's working in aviation sector but equally everyone is or every department is important not just security.Without security we cannot operate same goes for commercial,AME,Loaders/UH/Support staff,pilot,crew etc.,everyone has different responsibility and equally important for an airline to function properly.

Yes engineers are rejected more as compared to any other graduates but yes at the end of the day how you give your interview that matters,.... And justification ke liye toh yaar you must be having your "OWN REASON" right??

Bhai both the departments have equal growth it depends on your work as in how well you are workin.. without committing any mistakes ..... But one advantage that customer service has is that they have less staff as compared to Security....

Hi , i was selected for groundstaff security department ( indigo) in march but then i have recieved my offer letter on September month and medical was also done but yet no doj is provided it's very confusing why they are delaying so much even after emailing there is no replys from hr .wht should i do ?

Hello Saroj ji.... Yes you are definitely eligible for ground staff as there is no age limit for the experienced candidates.....
