Yep, after you unlock it from finding the 4 leaf clover, you need to roll a 20 on the dice atop the picnic table, as you can see in the end of the video when the dice flashes and the mutation upgrade shows on screen.

This mutation increases your crit damage I believe

@Aot-Soldier360 level one increase your chance of critical hits by 2.5% level 2 increases it to 5%. So with level 2 you have a 5% chance to do a critical hit with every single swing, and it also works when you cut grass down or hit rocks/whetstones.
