You can dupe Grass planks and stem planks. With another player in the lobby just have them fill their arms with a stack, they leave (not as a host) and rejoin. The stacks they had will drop and when they come back in they'll have another full stack in their hands. Rince, repeat.

I remember about a week ago I was in a Custom game where there were bugs and they ignored me. I found out that an Aphid and a Scarab were running side by side, but they were scared of each other! You should test this in case.

I LOVE Grounded, so here's a myth: standing targets cannot be broken by you or bugs.

Hey Para, dont know if you have it already: Increasing loot luck can lower the amount of infused weapons you get from a boss in ng+4 and above. To replicate: Get the lucky hat, a weapon and a trinket with loot luck. Safe after you killed a boss. loot him once with max loot luck and then do it again always removing 1 peace of loot luck. I had cases where max loot luck would give me infused club + 1 dagger from the broodmother but with just 2 times loot luck I would get 3 daggers and the club.

Myth: Smashing Damage from creatures isn’t the same as Busting Damage from tools, meaning creatures can’t destroy things like candies and pinecones and other things that require busting to destroy.

False, creatures can break this stuff. Ladybirds break upgrade rocks all the time

Apparently if you hit the throw button and relocate button at the same time while hovered over an object you can relocate, your character will be stuck in a certain form depending on the weapon of the throw animation, and you can run around like that. Dagger is the tricky one to do with timing.

Paralyser can you make a guide to the effects in the game, effects that you can get from food, from smoothies, effects that are given from trinkets, that are given by bosses. There may be some mechanics that are hard to notice, I recently learned that you can't have multiple buffs from different foods at the same time. Can you talk about how the “new” effects from NG+ trinkets work, what percentages they give, what combinations are very good and what combinations are bad, while seeming good. It's really hard to figure out what effects exist and what effects you can find, especially in NG+. This topic is very important, picking the right effects and buffs increases damage many times over

The Golden Card thing actually scales over NG+. I’ve noticed that gold cards, while not guaranteed, are still much more common in NG+ 1, 2, 3, and 4, so it must be a scaling thing with gold card drops

The damage from thrown planks or stems has a limit/diminishing return. I believe it's around 8-10 before the damage caps out and any others thrown will only deal the same damage as throwing one.

I don't think so, otherwise you'd get golds almost every time in ng+4 which isn't the case

Wow, I don't know how to feel about this gold card thing: on the one hand, it's awesome you can get guaranteed gold cards on NG+5 and I absolutely approve. On the other hand.... how many hours did I waste trying to get gold cards before NG+ because farming enemies is faster when they have less health!!! Feel like I'm gonna go crazy

Yeah it's strange, I tested it a bunch and got golds everytime but have heard some say that they rarely don't get one. So it's close to guaranteed but I can understand the frustration in the original comment, would have been nice to be told about the feature

From what I have heard it isn't fully guaranteed but is very close. It's crazy because i got like 10 golds in a row so it's an extremely high chance to get one.

Yeah this is a bug that I have reported. It's really annoying, even just exiting the handy gnat makes them dissapear

Yes you always do sadly, but you only lose it to a certain point when sleeping so you'd never be starving or thirst afaik

It definitely increases the odds but don't think it's 20%. Think it's more like multiplying the odds each ng+. So 1% normally then 2% then 4% etc. but I don't know the exact multiplier
