I've got locked 75fps (due to monitor refreshing) in 1080p and 55-75fps 1440p on my Ryzen 5 3600 (stock) with Sapphire rx 5700 xt nitro + (undervolted and vrams on 1850 MHz)

What is the default core clock speed as shown in Radeon Software > Performance > Tuning after installing the drivers for this GPU? My Red Devil 5700 XT has 2059 stock core clock.

The Core Clock for the RX 5700 XT Red Devil is 1770 MHz with a Boost Clock @ 2010 MHz. Idle mine sits at 790+MHz. Thanks for watching, be sure to sub for more.

In 'Grounded' I have not tested it or played the final build. Bare in mind, this video was from the beta version of the game, so FPS varies and is not accurate to the final build.
