Wow, I'm on the same page. I really did all of this this year and I've had deep transformation. I live in a city with so many spiritual communities and i avoid them and find my own way to play and interact with the city. I've allowed myself to do regular human things. Totally in flow.

Dear Br. Richard, Be Good and Do Good. Never criticize and always help others and help the people who are in need.Be Pure at heart and Mind should be very clear and full of good ideas and will to help others. Remain always Truthful.and Compassionate.Try to Love unconditional for any Creation of the Universe. Never expect anything from anyone . Feeling of Oneness in the world will help you to make our Vibrations pure and with increased frequencies.... Sohini

So good to hear this, I did DMT at 50 and it changed my life, I haven't done Aya, but if it shows up. I studied human design a bit and just came across these workings. Fantastic. Glad I am here...

I applaud this wisdom! For many years I have recommended the same way with one addition I suggest that they make loving gentle smiling eye contact with their loved ones in the days and weeks following the workshop or session. This way the energy that you have invited into your consciousness can be seen and felt by them through that energetic connection of the eye-soul. It is a kind and gentle way to integrate and share that with your beautiful partners in this life journey. 😍❣️

Confirms what I received in meditation...the initiation of our time is to live as spiritual beings in a householder's world...quite the initiation challenge. I struggle with that part of me that longs to go off to some place in nature and be with spirit continually - or that part of me that longs to hermit in my home for days and days and just commune with spirit. The balance is key. And then as I contemplated your share, the awareness came to me that maybe there are NOT two worlds - that of mystical and ordinary - maybe it is for us to see it as all ONE REALM and release the programmed beliefs that make us experience separate realms.

Such epiphanies as I’ve experienced have generally arrived with laughter, generous giggles as I realise what a twerp I am. So playfulness is a lovely technique to continue with the laughter. Beautifully put, Richard.

thank you richard, your videos are so inspiriing and confirming. when doubt comes in, i dont feel alone with my experiences, although thats not an experience.
