Group Dynamics: How do majorities and minorities influence group behavior?

This is the seventh lecture in a series of senior level undergraduate lectures on group dynamics that I created and have been teaching for many years. We have all experienced the power of persuasion in our lives and sometimes its so strong that we don't even comprehend that its happening. We'll explore these influence processes in groups and look at how the majority and the minority use different strategies to change group behavior.
