I think Moscovici missed a very important factor: the minority movement needs to have wealthy or powerful backers, sympathetic individuals with outsized influence.

these videos are extremely insightful. I am wondering if you used your knowledge on social psychology in these videos in order to gain so many views and subscribers, and with that in mind did you use your own voice for the voice over, did you take it into consideration if you used a more feminine or a woman's voice weather it would make a difference on how many people your videos would reach or attract?

You're leaving out how special interest funds social justice movements, and what sounds like equality, is really an investment into cultural manipulation.

Sounds like Occupy Wall Street did not have all 4 characteristics and that's one reason why it failed. However others saw the OWS movement and found ways to make their own minority movement with some parts of the ideas and people in OWS.

Examples of messaging that is consistent but lacks a clear and succinct mission statement: OWS: "We hate rich people!" BLM: "We hate white people!" ANTIFA: "We hate capitalism!" Or at least I think that is the message that was widely received, whether or not it is what they intended to transmit.

So with the second point you mean if you think about something by yourself, means if you actively go through some process you are more likely to stand behind it since its founded on your own analytical thinking and you actually know why you stand behind it. Compared with things that were told to you but you never really questioned it since its just common knowlege?

Basically yeah. Which is also the reason why bullshit like flat earth, anti-vax and other conspiracies are gaining popularity. People that support these movements believe they are „smarter“ than the rest because they „did indipendent research“. Problem here is, that they do NOT acknowledge the hundreds of years of research that preceded their 5 days of google search.

If you want your kids to be infected for then to pass it on to their grandparents that’ll most likely kill them then go ahead, don’t start crying. Is it ridiculous explanation? Or am I too dumb? You can never consider women as minority. Nor people who have different skin, faith, caste are less human.
@ayushpatil5574
@ayushpatil5574 3 жыл бұрын
Well thinking everything is equal when In reality it is not is pretty dumb. I don't mean that women or bi-sexual people or anyone is less than someone else but when these people are not treated the same and not given the same rights by the a large no. Of people then such groups are considered minority and it is important to think of them as minority until we treat all of everyone equal and then there won't be any minority
@Selen304
@Selen304 3 жыл бұрын
@@ayushpatil5574 I wanted to say that men and women should get equal share. Absolutely, when large group of people deny human rights, opportunities to a small group, then they are considered minority. But Women make half of humankind, so they deserve half of all resources. Period.
@ayushpatil5574
@ayushpatil5574 3 жыл бұрын
@@Selen304 in such case it is usually called suppressed gender/ suppressed society and it is different than minority but the struggle and a lot of injustice remains the same so it is not necessary to keep saying minority and suppressed society as different thing in a small videos.
@Selen304
@Selen304 3 жыл бұрын
@@ayushpatil5574 like you said, suppressed gender and minority are different. So women, homosexual in suppress minority community face double oppression. It's NOR ENOUGH, NOT JUSTIFICABLE to acknowledged them as ONLY women or Homosexual.
