wonderful video and demonstration. loved your choice of music. Has studying at Wudang influenced your choice of music? Is this style of Tai qi suitable for beginners or do you have another recommendation?

Thank you! My musical taste has definitely drifted over towards Chinese traditional instruments and instrumental music in general since I have been here. For beginners, TaiJi 28 is a very good place to start. If you have the time though, the full 108 form is even better.
