Grow-A-Long Seed Sowing Update!
Now is the perfect time to sow China Asters (Callistephus chinensis)they are light sensitive and need long days to germinate well and put on good bushy vegetative growth.
Other seeds I’m sowing over the next week or so are:
Amaranthus
Panicum Frosted Explosion
Orach
Nicotiana
Statice (Limonium)
Strawflowers (Helichrysum)
Wrinkled Cress (you can keep sowing this it’s incredibly fast)
Basically anything left in your seed box!
To keep bed flipping to a minimum especially for the smaller garden I have delayed starting the Strawflowers and the Statice so you are not struggling for a space to put them and you have a garden bursting with flowers just when you need them the most!
