I have improved my hair by following these: Having more and more Vitamin C in form of orange, lemon, and kiwi, 7-8 hrs of enough sleep daily, have nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also eat fishes like salmon. Exercise at least 30 mins daily. Using organic oil, neem wooden comb, massager for scalp by Littleextra Cooconion twice a week. This is good to control hair fall.

Dear I got this from one shop in my city . I thinks it’s a Swedish shop . But there is also this brand call Magic Bullet .I think that one is international. Yes I use it to grind my kitchen stuffs since it has many jars . So I use one Jas for KZbin and the others for my kitchen spices

I used it ones or twice a week because I am so busy to wash my hair every day. You can do that if you have time but make sure not to manipulate your hair too much . But I honestly think three times a week is very much ok
