I have used practically all natural remedies, but what worked for my hair fall control was these. 1 glass slightly hot water to drink as 1st thing when you wake up. Using wooden neem comb. Using microfiber towel on shampoo day. Some light exercises. Using litttleextraa cooconion anti-hair fall kit once or 2 times a week.

Thank you ! I don't think you get the exact same results but you can actually do both. When you apply the onion treatment directly on your scalp, you are targeting your hair growth specifically. Ingesting onions will benefit your entire body, not only your scalp and the nutrients will go to your essential organs first.
