Do not discard the nutritious puree after seiving the blended mixture. Pour 3 teaspoons of clarified butter into pan, add the measured puree and gently stir till water content reduces completely on low heat. Add a quarter measure of sugar or a little more and keep stirring till oil starts separating, add powdered cardamom and pour into greases mould or plate. Garnish with nuts. Let it cool. Cut into desired shapes and yum your family will have a swipe at it. You can use the puree to thicken soups or gravy.
