Join Laura Marie Neubert for this short course for people short on space, time, or inclination to manage a large urban garden, but want the physical and mental health benefits of growing some nutrient-dense food at home. Our short days, cool temperatures, and low sunlight hours inspire quiet contemplation and the slow-growing of cool-season crops in patio planters and containers, and raised garden beds. A few simple tips, tricks, and how-tos (grow, harvest, preserve, cook) will make the seemingly impossible, possible, fun, and delicious.
Suitable for all ages. No gardening experience required.
