Guavas, Dragonfruit and Mangoes are also in season here in SoCal. Bearss lime is also a great citrus variety for harvesting in the fall

Oh how i wish i could plant these trees in northern utah

This is pure gold! Have you tried 2 or 3 in one hole planting of pomegranates? Thanks!
@TheBusyGardener Жыл бұрын
I haven't done that specifcially with Pomegranates, but mainly because I've needed to plant them along a wall. The same principles would apply, though pomegranates tend to turn into big bushes vs. very typical tree shape. So, it could easily be done, but won't be as straightforward as something like a stone fruit or apple.

Who's the Tom Spellman of temperate climates?
@TheBusyGardener Жыл бұрын
Tom is a pro in temperate climates like here in SoCal. Most of his content has been with Dave Wilson Nursery, but Tom managed a nursery here for years before working with DWN. He's seriously a pro with subtropicals like citrus and avocado
@VanillaAttila Жыл бұрын
@@TheBusyGardener Yes he is a godfather in those areas but I mean more specifically a cold winter temperate climate where it gets -30 Celsius in the winter and +42 Celsius in the summer.. DWN doesn't ship they amazing tree stock and varieties up here to your Canadian viewers
@llenic1253 Жыл бұрын
Not an apples to apples comparison, but have you seen videos from Stefan Sobkowiak? He runs a farm in Canada, tons of educational videos on yt
@VanillaAttila Жыл бұрын
@@llenic1253 Yeah I have. I like things a bit tidier/ prettier. But he does have a ton of great content. Some more practical than others.
