In this video, we share one of the best things you can do for your garden - get a soil test! I walk through how to take a soil sample, how much it costs, and what you can do with your personal results. The knowledge you gain can help you grow the most productive garden you've ever had, and avoid over-fertilizing with nutrients your soil doesn't need.

SOIL TESTS:
The best way to get a soil analysis is to check your local master gardener extension or local universities. A quick Google search for "soil test in (my state)" should help you find a nearby testing laboratory.
