that's a lot of garlic! How many cloves of each variety did you plant, and how many in total? Just to get an approximation haha.

That would be a long list but the inside of my garden bed is 67.5in L x 34in W. I’m able to fit 72 garlic cloves in each with a spacing of 5in between each clove and row. I leave 10in of space behind each bed so I can plant some summer crops while waiting for the garlics so I only plant 66 cloves in each bed. Half pound of garlic especially with how large the heads and cloves are would give me between 11 and 18 cloves so that would only take up 2-3 rows of 12 because I fit 6 cloves per row.

@@IrieGardens sounds like you have it all figured out! Are you gonna end up with a couple hundred cloves? :) In total, I haven't calculated mine yet, as I will be planting in the next 2 weeks. Have to clear a couple beds, so I'm giving myself time, and it's been warmer than usual, so I have the time.
