Yes! When I was younger I had to peel garlic 1-2x a week at my job and my nails were immaculate. I didn’t dig into all the garlic obviously but I’d do this with one piece before I was done. I also used to dip my hands in water treated in bleach at this job multiple times a day and it didn’t damage my nails bc of the garlic; otherwise, bleach water would greatly contribute to cracking & peeling.

It does work for me and I have achieved 0.2cm length for a week so maybe her kind of nails will take 2-3 weeks for me to grow. I massaged as it is described in the video but instead of rinsing in cold water I tried to dip in cold water for 1 sec and then dab dry with a towel. This way I can get rid of stickiness and leave the garlic on nails for overnight.

Actually nails grow to that length in about 2 weeks or more ( that is if u have a healthy diet that contains fruits, vegetables and meat) , u can use garlic but the stink will remain for a long time ( trust me i have aldredy tried with and without garlic) btw if u don't eat meat ur nails will still take 2 weeks to grow.
