Hi i've read your comment about step 3 youtube monetization stuck. How your channel your already monetize?.can you share details why your approval so long to approve?

There was no reason other than the pandemic and not having enough staff to check the applications. Then they just overlooked it and it was stuck - no way to get out of the application.
