one group says that you must be perfectly still to meditate and that guided meditation isn't ever the real deal. sounds like the kind of "hate yourself" cultism you come out so strongly against, Swami

I don't understand why you would talk down about Kriya, Hatha and Raja Yoga I have studied the Teachings of Yogananda, Lahiri Mahasaya, Sivananda, Satyananda, and Jesus and they all taught these techniques We don't Change the Polarity, we Balance it Lahiri Mahasaya wrote in his Diary that both Jesus and The Buddha practiced Kriya for many hours to become Enlightened These are my Gurus (and I thought that they were yours as well) and you are suggesting to not follow or practice their teachings? So Hum may work great for you and I enjoy practicing it but balancing the Polarity of my body through the practice of Nadi Shodhana with Khechari Mudra is how Jesus and these other masters taught to disconnect from or calm the mind and enter into Samadhi

According to one of the Teachers in India after passing of Yogananda there is no true Kriya Yoga it all got diluted with bad vibes of organizations , I do not think it exists at this point in its true form

@@saraswati999 Once you activate your Kundalini, the energy within you guides you as to what to practice The Guru is within you sounds cliche or trite but it rings true after this event I have a great fondness for your moniker as I activated my Kundalini practicing Kriya 6 and 7 from Satyananda Saraswati's book Kundalini Tantra You can download the book for free in PDF format from the internet Kriya 6 is a inhaling exercise called Maha Mudra (similar but not to be confused with Lahiri Mahasaya's version of the same name as I practiced in the posture Siddhasana as opposed to having one leg stretched out) Kriya 7 is a exhalation exercise called Maha Bheda Mudra and is an advanced form of Maha Bandha (the three locks) I practiced them together for three rounds and all the magic happened as I entered into the state of Kevala Kumbhaka for about 40 minutes Three weeks after this event, my breath stopped completely and is always still as there is no urge to breathe unless I am exercising I love listening to Swami Nirmalananda's Satsang's because he often talks about my gurus I was shocked when he said that he didn't practice Khechari because all of my gurus including all the prophets of The Bible teach this practice I have experienced Grace or GOD multiple times through various experiences with my tongue According to The Bible, it is absolutely essential as it literally is the Covenant that GOD made with Abraham The advanced forms of Kriya require Khechari If you tell me where you are at in your practice, I can help you with some suggestions
