Cabbageand Cauliflower Planting February

Late February in Lawrenceville GA Zone 7B/8A. They may need covering from some light frost but either way spring planting has got to get started. Get the beds ready and let us get some cabbages and cauliflower into the beds. Let the planting beging.

I need to get my cauliflower out there as well, but I'm waiting until the end of this week. We're supposed to have wild weather on Wednesday, so I figure I'll wait until that has passed through the area.

If you want them to grow really quick, then I'd suggest putting a couple Tablespoons of Bloodmeal in the hole where you are planting the cabbages when you plant them. It's a great source of Nitrogen and I use it on ALL my plants at planting in the beds. Especially plants that Need the Greenery.

I need to make more garden space. My garden is full with summer veggies with no extra space for spring cool season crops. What will you plant when these come out, I assume around June?
